The needle valve type hot nozzle has great advantages in mold injection molding technology:
1. No residual marks are left on the product at the gate, and the traces at the gate are smooth
2. Being able to use larger diameter gates can make the cavity filling faster, further reduce injection pressure, and reduce product deformation
3. Can prevent wire pulling and casting during mold opening
4. When the screw of the injection molding machine retreats, it can effectively prevent the material from being sucked back from the mold cavity
5. Able to cooperate with sequence control to reduce product fusion marks
